No, our Grillz are removable. They are designed to be worn comfortably without altering or damaging your natural teeth.

Once your order is confirmed, your Grillz will take approximately 2–3 weeks to craft, depending on the design and customization.

We don’t offer repairs on existing grillz. However, if your current piece is made of precious metal like gold, we may be able to reuse the material depending on its condition. In that case, the market value of the gold would be deducted from the final price of your new custom grillz.

Yes. If you have your own gold, we’ll test it and, if it meets our quality standards, apply its market value as a discount on your order. For gemstones, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis—just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know if we can work with it.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and initiate the crafting of your Grillz.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all deposits are non-refundable. This covers the materials and labor involved in preparing your order. Once production begins, the order is final. We’re committed to guiding you through the process and ensuring you’re fully informed before moving forward.

If your grillz don’t fit properly, let us know within 48 hours of receiving them and we’ll schedule a free fitting appointment to make the necessary adjustments. After the 48-hour window, fitting services may incur additional charges.

Yes, a receipt will be sent to you before and after payment is completed. Contact us if you need additional details added to your invoice.

After completing your purchase with Tabby, you can manage and make payments through the Tabby app or by logging into your account on their website. Simply navigate to the “My Payments” section, select the order you wish to pay for, and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

No, Tabby does not charge any interest or additional fees for its “Buy Now, Pay Later” service. However, if a payment is missed, a minimal collection fee may apply, depending on your region.

Tabby promotes responsible spending and sends regular reminders to ensure timely payments. If you miss a payment, a minimal charge may be applied, and your ability to make new purchases using Tabby could be temporarily suspended until your account is up-to-date.

When you choose Tabby’s ‘Pay in 4’ option, your total purchase amount is divided into four equal, interest-free monthly payments. The first 25% is paid at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments automatically deducted each month. There are no deposits or additional fees involved, provided payments are made on time.

We do not offer a warranty, as grillz are subject to individual usage and care. However, we provide detailed care instructions with every order. If properly handled and maintained, your grillz should last a long time without issue.
