Dental impressions or scans may be obtained through a clinic, dentist or other service provider selected or authorised by the customer.

Full Metal does not provide dental diagnosis or medical treatment through its website or ordering process.

This may include dental scan data, tooth geometry, CAD files, design specifications, gemstone requirements or other production information.

We provide such information only to the extent reasonably required for the relevant service.

Some of these service providers may operate outside the United Arab Emirates. As a result, information necessary to manufacture an order may be processed internationally.

4. CLINICS AND DENTISTS

Customers may obtain impressions or dental scans through participating clinics, their own dentist or another approved provider.

Clinics and dentists may operate independently from Full Metal and may maintain their own records and privacy practices.

Where a clinic or dentist sends a scan or impression to Full Metal at the customer’s request, we may process that information for purposes associated with the customer’s Full Metal order.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and financial institutions.

These providers may collect information necessary to authorise and process a transaction and are responsible for handling that information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable requirements.

Full Metal may retain transaction references, payment status, invoice information and other records necessary for accounting, customer service and order management.

We do not sell customer personal information as part of our ordinary business operations.
